My Work and Exhibitions in 2016

In this year, I made a centrifuge training machine for dolls, and I exhibited that at two events, which are Niconico Chokaigi in April and Nico Tech Kanazawa in July.
Though I have exhibited at only Maker Faire ever, these exhibitions are good experience for me.

Niconico Chokaigi is a huge event that is held in Makuhari Messe every year. It is different from Maker Faire. Especially its visitors don’t always interest creation, and much younger than participants of MF.

Nico Tech Kanazawa is held at an underground open space of Kanazawa station. This is an annual event too. Though it is smaller than MF, there are many fruitful interactions with other exhibitors.

I’d like to exhibit at various events with creation activity in the future.

今年はドール用耐G訓練装置を制作し、4月のニコニコ超会議と7月のNT金沢、2つのイベントで展示・実演しました。これまでMaker Faireにしか出展したことが無かったので、とても良い経験になりました。

ニコニコ超会議は幕張メッセで開催される、非常に多くの人が集まる大規模なイベントです。MFと大きく異なるのは、ものづくりや創作活動と必ずしも接点の無い人も多く来場する点。年齢層もだいぶ若い。

NT金沢は金沢駅地下で行われるイベントです。規模は小さいですが、他の参加者との交流が活発に行われる楽しいイベントです。

今後も制作活動と共に、様々なイベントに出展したいと思います。
